Letter to the Newsletter Editor

We recently bought new furniture for our sitting room, but what to do with the existing 3 piece suite?  It was in good condition, met all safety standards and was a reputable make. No charity seemed interested and it seemed that I would have to pay to have it taken away. I heard about a charity called " Wesley Community Furniture" . The Wesley supplies furniture, domestic appliances, household goods and clothing at the lowest possible prices to those in greatest need from all over the City of Manchester. I telephoned them and they collected the suite. Good to know it will be put to a good use and not just sent to landfill..
